The Usual Suspects



We feel a more intense, scorching heat at this time of year as Mr. Sun waves hello with the bright summer clouds at his backdrop. Refreshing concoctions of fruits in season, seafood fiesta under the gazebo, or the exciting fun of splashing in crystal clear waters all blend perfectly well with the humid air.

But just as we delight in feeling fashionably apt in shades, buri hat, flip flops, and funky swimwear, the calm waters that mirrors the skies gradually draws outlines of boots, raincoats, and umbrellas. Indeed, it is as if we hear Mr. Sun already chanting his hibernation song, that is, rhythmically accompanied by the first raindrops of the succeeding season.

Nevertheless, and no matter what, we would want to spend summer as long as the humid breeze hugs us, before we look forward to cooler, rainy months.
