DXN International Private Ltd. is in need of the following:

OFFICE ASSISTANT / MAILING STAFF

Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's / College Degree, any field.
- At least 25 years old (male or female).
- Ensure proper receiving and timely releasing / transmittals of pertinent documents for both local and international correspondence.
- Responsible in coordinating incoming and outgoing communications.
- Excellent in handling file management, preparation of monthly reports.
- Maintains accurate, clear & neat recording.
- Record and relays messages clearly and courteously.
- Can be a team player, hard working, flexible, ability to work under pressure. Willing to work extended hours.
- Excellent communication and interaction skills both oral & written (English & Filipino)
- Computer literate.
- Perform any other related task that may be assigned from time to time.
- Newly graduate may be considered.

TELEPHONE OPERATOR / RECEPTIONIST

Requirements:

- Candidate must be Bachelor's / College Degree in Mass Communications or its equivalent.
- Required skill(s) : Excellent in telephone handling and customer service.
- Proficient in English and Filipino, both oral and written communication skills, highly organized, and willing to work extended hours.
- Fresh graduates / Entry-level applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Preferred female applicants, single with pleasing personality, not more than 27 years old.
- Maintain proper and accurate files management.
- Performs any other related task that may be assigned from time to time from the immediate superior.
- Preferably with call center background.
