Termination Agreement
The Company can terminate the appointment
of a distributor as a service center based on the following reasons:
- Violation of any of the rules and regulations of the company.
- Voluntary resignation or cessation of membership of the Distributor or Service Center Director
- Violation of the Service Center Agreement.
- Recuiting DXN distributors to other Multi-Level Marketing Company or Direct Selling Agreement
- Holding of seminars for other Multi-Level Marketing Company or Direct Selling Company whether direct or indirect competitor.
